This privacy policy is provided to you by Moya AI to describe what information we collect and how we use that information for AIoT enabled AOI solution development against POC and full-scale implementation phase. Prove of Concept (POC) Phase:

1. Moya AI collects the following data (photo) from subscriber:

-  initial training data of both OK and NG photos against single Unit Under Test (UUT) item verified by subscriber’s senior inspector;

-  initial testing data of both OK and NG photos against single Unit Under Test (UUT) item verified by subscriber’s senior inspector;

-  Testing data acquired directly from subscriber’s existing inspection machine which captures the image of UUT, or;

-  Testing data acquired directly from the NG photos generated by subscriber’s existing AVI/AOI machine.

2. The above-collected data will be fully destroyed after the completion of POC.

3. Moya AI will never share the collected data with third parties. It will be used for AI model training/retraining and validation only.

4. Moya AI does not collect any other personally identifiable information.

Implementation Phase:

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be signed if the subscriber decides to move into next phase for full-scale implementation.
